And DOES NOT make you bulky, We typically don’t have the capability to make massive looking muscle. A woman’s muscle will get longer before it gets bulky. And should you desire to create this bulk, it takes a real effort you need a mass amount of protein and A LOT of extra calories to build real bulky muscle. Its not going to happen by accident. So stop fearing weights! :)
